We farm several different Pinot Noir clones, both Dijon and Pommard. The Pommard is the clone 5 and is purchased by some well known Pinot Noir producers here in Sonoma County. Our Dijon clones include the clones 115, 667, 777 and 828 and are supplied to some famous Pinot Noir wine producers. The award winning 2022 Dot Wines Lyrik Pinot Noir pictured below is crafted from 100% Lyrik Vineyards Dijon clones and is available from Dot https://www.dotwinery.com/
The Scherrer Winery https://scherrerwinery.com/ has again utilized our Pommard 5 clone, this time for their 2022 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir now released and on their website as of January 2025.
Our vines were planted on 3309 root stock in 1998 and are farmed carefully by Bevill Vineyard Management. The Lyrik Vineyards are located directly to the south of Benovia’s award winning MartaElla vineyard (formerly Merry Edwards “Merry Vintners”) and directly to the east of LaCrema Winery’s Fogveil vineyard.
